No purchase or customer agreement
The website describes services and indicative pricing. Browsing, emailing, telephoning or submitting an inquiry does not create a customer service agreement, approve publication or authorize charges. Online checkout, recurring billing, public account registration and customer publishing are not available here. Any future paid work requires completed, separately accepted scope, price, rights, delivery and applicable service terms.
Pricing and availability
General website setup starts at $99. Founding 30 introductory setup offers are Starter $49 and Business $79 with the scopes on Pricing. Premium $99 is only for verified supported multi-page work and separately approved projects, not an immediately orderable package. Hosting is separately described at $5/month or $49/year without domain. Static Saver $29/year is unavailable until its eligibility and limits are finalized. Domain-inclusive offers are not available. Taxes, extras and any future renewal terms must be disclosed before a separately authorized transaction.
Content and intellectual property
Rainbum LLC and applicable licensors retain rights in this website’s original branding, software and materials. Do not copy protected materials without permission or misrepresent generic examples as completed customer work. You retain rights in content you supply. Customer deliverables, licenses, export and any third-party exclusions will be specified in a separately accepted order; no unrestricted platform-source transfer is offered by browsing this site.
Responsible use
Do not impersonate others, infringe rights, send malware or unsolicited bulk messages, misuse contact methods, extract secrets or attempt access to private accounts, customer data, previews or infrastructure. This website is not authorization for security testing. See Acceptable Use for reporting concerns.
Accuracy, availability and legal rights
We aim to keep the information clear and accurate, but content and service availability may change and should be confirmed before a separately accepted order. We do not guarantee search ranking, revenue, uninterrupted third-party services or complete security.
