Domain Ownership and Transfer Policy

Optional customer-owned domains
A domain purchase is optional. A customer may use a domain they already own or buy directly from Namecheap or another chosen registrar under their own account. The customer pays the registrar directly. ZEXONARI does not currently collect registrar purchase payments or enable automated domain registration or renewal. No domain-inclusive offer is active.
Connection and publication
Domain connection is separate from purchase and requires verified control and authorization. A TXT ownership proof alone does not establish correct website routing or HTTPS. Customer publication requires final consent and appropriate DNS, certificate and hostname-to-site verification. Do not replace existing email records, nameservers or services without a scoped approved plan. This marketing website does not expose a public customer-domain activation workflow.
Ownership, cancellation and handoff
Customer domains stay customer-owned when hosting ends. Registrar transfers depend on verified authority and applicable registrar/registry requirements; no immediate transfer is guaranteed. An agreed export of eligible website files and materials is different from managed migration or ongoing hosting. Included deliverables, license restrictions, export method and any additional migration charge must be separately agreed. Platform source code and unrestricted third-party stock rights are not implied.
Renewal responsibility and support
The domain owner manages registrar contact details, renewal settings and payment arrangements. Registrar pricing may change independently of hosting prices. Never send registrar passwords in an inquiry. Contact support@zexonari.com for questions; this page does not grant us control over the customer’s registrar account.
